Care & service

Terms, in plain language.

VARNI is a demonstration storefront. These terms tell you honestly what that means — what the site is, what it is not, and how you may use it.

Last updated August 2026

1 · What this site is

VARNI is a design and engineering demonstration of a jewelry storefront. No goods are sold here. The checkout is a simulation: no payment is collected, no order is created and nothing will arrive at your door.

2 · Prices and imagery are illustrative

Prices are generated by a pricing model for realism and do not constitute offers. Every product image is a live 3D render of a procedural model, not a photograph of a physical piece. Grading figures, reviews and ratings are illustrative content.

3 · Service promises are a showcase

The shipping timeline, 30-day trial, free resizing and lifetime warranty described on this site illustrate how a production storefront of this kind would operate. Because no transactions occur, they create no contractual obligation.

4 · Using the site

You are welcome to browse, configure and explore for personal, lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent it as a real merchant, or use it to mislead others.

5 · Intellectual property

The VARNI name, design system, copywriting, 3D engine and renders are the work of their authors. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

6 · No warranties, plainly

The site is provided "as is", for demonstration, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, its authors accept no liability arising from its use.

7 · Governing law

A production storefront would state its governing law and venue here [jurisdiction placeholder]. For this demonstration, common sense governs.
